Tips for success
Best practices from our restaurant owners
Do
- Turn on automatic reminders (reduces no-shows by 30%)
- Allow cancellations (customers would rather cancel than not show)
- Put your link everywhere: Google, Instagram, website
- Create tags (Birthday, VIP) to personalize the welcome
Avoid
- Skipping minimum notice (last-minute bookings = stress)
- Duration too short (rushed customers = bad experience)
- Forgetting to add your tables (0 tables = 0 availability)
- Ignoring special requests (disappointed customers)
