Business plan

Why publish your events?

Attract more people and fill your evenings

More visibility

Your events appear directly on your public page. Customers see what's happening at your place.

Fill your evenings

A customer who sees "Jazz night Friday" wants to come. It's that simple.

Better ranked

Your events are automatically visible to Google. More chances of showing up in search.

Keep customers coming back

Routines matter: Sunday brunch, Thursday afterwork... Your customers come back.

What your customers see

When a customer visits your page, they see your upcoming events

1. They visit your page

Via the QR code, Google, or your link

2. They see your events

Dedicated section on your page

3. They see the details

Date, time, description, photo

4. They book (optional)

Create an event in 2 minutes

3 steps and it's live

1

Fill in the info

Go to Events and click "New event". Give it a title, pick a type (music, brunch, afterwork...), and add a description if you'd like.

Tip: A good title is short and clear. "Jazz night" rather than "Big musical jazz night with cocktails".
2

Choose when

Two options:

One-time event

A specific date. Example: "New Year's Eve, 8 PM - 2 AM".

Recurring event

It repeats. Example: "Brunch every Sunday, 10 AM - 2 PM".

3

It's live!

Your event is automatically published on your public page. No need to click "publish" or anything. Your customers see it immediately.

Good to know: You can hide it at any time with the eye button if you want to hide it temporarily.

One-time or recurring?

The difference is simple

One-time

It happens once, on a specific date.

🎉 New Year's Eve — 8 PM to 2 AM
🍽️ Valentine's Day menu — Feb 14, 7 PM to 11 PM
🎵 Mario in concert — Sat, March 15, 9 PM to midnight

You choose the start date and time, and the end date and time.

Recurring

It repeats automatically. You just pick the times and frequency.

🥐 Brunch — every Sunday, 10 AM to 2 PM
🍸 Afterwork — Mon-Fri, 6 PM to 9 PM
🎵 DJ night — Fri + Sat, 10 PM to 2 AM
Frequencies: Every day, Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun, or specific days. You can also set an end date ("until June 30") or leave it open-ended.

Manage your events

Everything happens from the Events page in your dashboard

What you can do

Hide/show — Click the eye icon to hide an event without deleting it

Edit — Change the title, date, description... at any time

Add a photo — A nice photo attracts more people

Link to reservations — Turn on the toggle so customers can book directly

Additional options

Max capacity — Set the number of seats (optional, just for information)

Price — "Free", "€25/person", "From €35"... free text

Visible or hidden?

By default, everything is visible. If you want to prep an event without customers seeing it, hide it with the eye icon. When you're ready, make it visible again.

Tips for success

Best practices so your events pull in a crowd

Do

  • Add a photo (an event with a photo gets 3x more clicks)
  • Use recurring events for your routines (brunch, afterwork...)
  • Add a price even if it's "Free" (it reassures customers)
  • Enable reservations for special evenings (it creates engagement)

Avoid

  • Leaving past events visible (it looks bad)
  • Titles that are too long or vague ("Party" says nothing)
  • Creating 15 events at once (keep max 3-5 upcoming, it stays readable)
  • Forgetting to add times (customers need to know when to come)
