Menu Scheduling

Schedule your menus: lunch/dinner, specific days, special dates.

Menu scheduling

3 scheduling modes

Choose how your menu appears to customers

Always on

Default mode. The menu is always visible unless another scheduled menu takes over.

Low priority

Scheduled

The menu appears on specific days and times. Perfect for lunch/dinner menus.

Medium priority

Specific date

Menu for a single date. Great for holidays, events, Valentine's Day.

High priority

Priority system

When multiple menus are scheduled at the same time, here's how we decide which one to display

1

Specific date wins

A Christmas menu will always replace your regular menus on Dec 25

2

Scheduled beats Always on

Your "Lunch menu" (11:00 AM-2:30 PM) will replace your default menu during those hours

3

Tighter time range wins

A "Lunch" menu (11:00 AM-2:30 PM) beats a "Daytime" menu

4

Most recent wins

If everything ties, the menu updated most recently takes priority
